Managing Your Team

Teams allow users to collaborate more easily, by allowing an admin to create and share team templates. Learn more!


As a team admin you are able to add new team members, remove them, view whether they’ve accepted the invitation, view their documents/templates and share templates with team members. This gives admins visibility into what their team members are doing and with the View Documents By Template Source feature it’s possible to see all of a user’s documents that were produced from a specific template.

Creating Templates to Reuse Documents

Templates allow you to create a master document in order to generate copies, leaving the original intact.


If you have the need to reuse the same document(s) over and over, creating a template will help ensure that you always have a fresh copy available. In addition to serving as a master copy, templates can also be shared among team members, can be used to create Signing Links and also for the Bulk Send for Signing feature.
